Hi, I’m Neressa Carr, a residential real estate broker with 28 years of experience and a lifelong background in the service industry. Before real estate, I worked my way through college at some of the most elite restaurants—including Canlis—where I built a deep commitment to excellence, attention to detail, grace under pressure, and genuine hospitality.

I studied fine arts at Montana State University, and that creative foundation continues to shape my approach to homes and design. Over the years, I’ve personally renovated multiple properties, giving me a practical, inside-out understanding of construction, layout, and livability. I know homes deeply and pride myself on finding smart, creative solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking, entertaining, and spending time in nature—camping, skiing, or dipping into any fresh or salt water I can find. I love catching live music wherever I can, and my love language is sharing food and creating connection.  I live in Seattle, north of the ship canal, with my husband, son, and our English lab, Frankie.
